Always has good ideas and was the best realtor we ever had the pleasure to work with(we have had 7). Joseph (Joe) Laurel sold my townhouse recently that I have lived in for 23 years. It was a very emotional experience for me since I had been there so long and had so many fun times and many memories there. Joe was referred to me by a friend. I am so thankful and blessed to be a part of his team. He let me know before signing the listing contract he and I were a a team and would work together to sell my townhouse. Joe is a very knowledgeable about the other listings in my area and even went and visited them to see how they compared to my townhouse. No other realtor I have ever used has ever done that. And I am 72 years old. In addition to help make my townhouse looked more updated he installed new carpet in my carpeted areas. He installed new outdated light fixtures, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, painted and repaired any areas that were worn or damaged, paid for all these repairs. He also paid my condo fees due that was charged because I was selling my property to help me out. Which was several hundred dollars. He arranged and paid for a contractor to come out and make repairs and install some plumbing fixtures that were not working properly. He even went down into my crawlspace and cleaned some un-used boxes and some with old memories he looked to make sure I wasn't throwing items I might want in the future. He found old books, my family Bible, and a ceramic Christmas Tree that was my grandmother's. These things r very dear to me and I thank Joe very very much for pointing these things out for me! He even helped clean out my garage. Now has any of ur realtors ever done all those things for u? Joe is the most positive person I have ever met! He truly honestly cares for u and ur family! Everytime I ever saw him he had something positive to tell me! Like I said earlier this move was very emotional for me and he helped me thru that with all his positive quotes and personal ideas he gave me. He helped navigate thru all the tough times. Joe works with several organizations and knows many families who r not as fortunate as I am. I had a lot of gently used furniture I had accumulated over the years. He offered to help me sell it or suggested donating to families he knew who would appreciate some things I had. Like I said earlier he is a very thoughtful and generous gentleman and cares about everyone he comes in contact with. One of his clients even helped me finish packing cause I was in a pickle and on a time crunch to finish and vacate my house. He was here picking up the sofa I had donated to his family. He offered to help me just because he saw I was stressed about my time issue. I did not even ask him! That's just another example how generous Joe is and even his clients. I could go on and on about my experience selling my townhouse with Joe and Keller Williams but would run out of space! I would most definitely recommend u teaming up with Joe and Keller Williams to sell ur property! They r amazing!!

Joe was pretty awesome. He did things that most realtors probably won't or didn't do. Like fix minor things that we didn't do. He went way above and beyond. He even brought some food after a surgery. We will definitely be using him again when we sell.
